Back on the 19th of September, I purchased: 1 x WeatherTech Toyota Prius Cargo Liner Mat from the Toyaota Accessories Shop here on line and was written that there would be a 1 week delivery for it. Well, we are now close to 3 weeks and I have sent two emails to them to request status and have heard nothing. What are my next steps? Who else can I contact? Any help greatly appreciated.
