Finally, a day in the pluses! Got my Amp/sub installed, yey!

For some notes to the project i installed a LOC to the HU then ran my RCAs &remote wires to the right side going to the rear seats. Used a blank seam w/a hole on the left side of the trunk by the wheel well for my grounding point. Then hooked up my power wire. Then I Xact-Oed the blank plate under the Start/Stop button and epoxied the torn apart sub level knob onto it. Took me about 40-45mins. Been fun! Now on to my next projects:
    -rear speakers
    -sound deadening
    non-audio related:
    -full LEDs interior
    -CF wrap

Shout out to aponteluis for the wire colors... thanks sir!

Sub sounds fantastic! I would suggest to line your hatch and other areas in the back w/sound dampening material cos there's a few pieces there that are separate like the plastic tray and covers on either side, the main undertray in the middle, not to mention the license plate all of which could vibrate/rattle. I used Bquiet for most part then glued on top a very thick rubber mat which I got from my local Home Depot and they did their job well. Overall I'm very, very satisfied :)

I know this is an old post but what was the wattage on the amp and sub you installed? I'm looking to install one in my vehicle but keep reading i can't go over 300 watts due to the battery.
