another ipod problem

    just got my car today.

    III without nav.

    ipod cable installed in glove box.

    satellite radio works.

    ipod gen 3 doesn't work. it's lights up and says "you can disconnect".


    do i have to cancel the xm radio in order to use the ipod?

    ipod interface kit pt545-00082 does not work with the JBL (non-nav) head unit with embedded satellite radio.

    it show up as an accesory at the toyota website and on the parts department computer as working with the this unit. my dealer is trying to sort it out.

    no tunes........[IMG]
