This isn't new news but I became aware of it due to BMW’s mileage battle with the EPA, and the truth on the road: Motoramic TV | Motoramic - Yahoo! Autos. BMW forced to lower 2012 3 Series automatic fuel economy to 33 mpg (HIGHWAY) I don't think the guy who did the video knows much about the EPA tests and he's depending on a trip computer w/unknown accuracy.
