Average fuel consumption and average speed since reset not working

    I picked up my 2010 Prius II last weekend (a Birthday present from my wife) and I cannot get a reading on my average fuel consumption and average speed since reset. I reaset it at ~50mile thinking that what was needed and now get a dashed line where I should have the numbers. I now have 250mi since the reset with no change. The distance to refuel is working. Am I not setting something up correctly or do I need to take it to the dealer for service?

    Sounds like a problem that needs to be addressed by the dealer.

    Have you pressed on the trip button several times? I found that it brings up more data along the bottom of the particular display being viewed.
