Backup camera hacking

I'm tempted to hack into the cmos camera and upgrade to a ccd unit.
I haven't founf a ccd unit that has a feature like this, for cheap that is.

My project would be to buy:

I may be lacking the search function in me, but I haven't seen anyone setup a wireless/wifi backup camera that would feed into their phone here... I don't want another screen other than my phone in my car.

Is it possible to hack the wires so that I can use the ccd camera instead of the cmos?


In short: I want to upgrade the cmos camera to a ccd.
