Hi Bill,

Hold off on printing the transcript or heavy reading. It seems someone at NHTSA made a mistake and though there are 22 line numbers, there are only 21 lines of text on each page. The last text line of each page was dropped. Losing just under 5% of any document tends to make everyone sound as if they were doing drugs ... not nice ones either.

NHTSA is now aware of the problem and working to fix it. When I know it is OK, I'll update this thread. I just hope you didn't pay $13 like I did to get a paper copy.
