blue tooth call mutes on first call

    when we dial out on Bluetooth from 2010 prius, first call is received as on mute by the person called. second time dial out, not on mute. what's the fix?

    What I've noticed is the first few seconds of the call (maybe 5) is muted then everything is fine. It's rather annoying.
