Body Side Molding and XM Radio

    Ordered body side moldings and XM radio from PriusChat Shop. Moldings came in 2 days but the wrong color. Sent 2 emails, can't get a response from the store for an exchange. Still waiting for XM radio.
    Is there a telephone number to contact someone at the store or do you just send them back and dispute the charge?
    Help would be appreciated.
