Towards the end, it was either a 'fully loaded' Honda Accord, used, or a new Prius C One.

No regrets. Especially on days I get numbers like these. <3

you can't really compare a Honda Accord to a Prius C. That's like comparing a Prius C to a bicycle, the bicycle will win the mpg battle

Maybe not, if it stays in EV mode, it would be a tie!

The C gives daily reinforcement to an owner's buying decision by delivering superior MPG's. There is only a handful of cars that can come close to or match the Prius C's economy. I too have no regrets after 45,000 miles.

Isnt that incredible. One of the things I have noticed is you must reset your trips each time to get a true representation of your current trip, otherwise you get averages. I wait until I am underway a bit and then reset my reading to zero. in a very short time it will jump up and exceed your previous average reading. Another interesting point on the car is, put it in neutral on a downhill or a flat, returning to drive upon attaining "your" speed. the indicator will jump 2-3 mpg for that period when the car was in neutral. Dont be afraid to use neutral, I believe this concept was incorporated into the HV design parameters. I have been doing it for years, with no harm.

I dont think he was comparing them for mpg factors, at the time.

It's always nice to be happy with the car you own.
Enjoy the new car warranty and being the 1st owner and only owner of the vehicle too.

If you leave the Trip setting showing the odometer reading, the mpg is reset every time the car is started.

    Thank you!
It does feel good knowing that I'm and was the sole driver. Plus the warranty is amazing. Never had that piece of mind before.

    Enjoy your car.

Only warranty issues, if you can call it that, is a couple tires replaced - free - because of cut-type punctures from pieces of sheet metal on the road.

After three years - still makes me smile. Never regretted buying the C.

Record mileages coming down our local hill, about 7300 feet, generally arrive home with 99 mpg plus . On return home from Reno. Sorry pics not better, done with Ipad. However image can be expanded.. YES, a incredible car.

I traded my 2010 Honda civic sedan, for my new 2015 Toyota Prius c, and I have not regretted my purchase, I have never felt like I do now, every time I sit in my Prius ,it just feels right, I love having all the readings showing my accomplishes while driving, I love usingbthe engine brake to help slowing down in close traffic without touching the brakes, the climate a/c is the best I have felt, I absolutely love my red Prius c.
