Can't see the little help boxes at the top of text entry box

    Is this somehow tied to the missing images problem? Or am I the only one seeing this.

    In this text entry box where I'm typing now, I see the font box, and the size box.... and then a whole buch of little red X's where the graphics for doing other fun stuff usually is. Normally these have hyperlink helpers, image posting helpers, etc. All gone. I mean they still work, but you've flying blind by trying to choose one.

    I've seen them come and go since the hack and now they are go. :( But right now I have text in place of pics. Also spll check has not worked since. :( I neeeedss it!

    Maybe not a hack fallout. Did you add Norton Internet Security, Zone Alarm Pro or any other security software? One of the things that the security suites sometimes "protect" you against is images that can be used to track your movements across the web. If you did add NIS or another program, find the place where you can add "allowed sites" (its in "Options" -> "Web Content" or you can turn it off for all sites; in NIS you do this in "Privacy Control" -> "Enable Web Privacy").

    Nope.. nothing security-wise has changed here. Sounds like others are seeing the same problem so I don't think it is just me!

    I use Safari 2.0.3 on Mac OS X 10.4.7. I see little question marks, not red X's. What the F do you see?
