Check list when picking up a new car?

Saw that there are check list for Gen II but not for Gen III
When we pick up our car in a couple of weeks what should we check over at the dealer, and is there a list of features we should get program by the dealer before we pick it ?
New plates are order.

For customizable options, the biggest controversy is about the reverse beep - going from continuous beeps to 1 beep. Some dealers are being difficult about doing this even though it's a customizable option in the manual. You'll find multiple threads on that issue too if you do a search.

The other 2 options that people consider having reset are the seat belt beep (off) and programming the SKS to open all doors instead of 1.
