Thanks, I've never seen that one. Looks like a Gen 2.5. I'd have bought that.

A member has a drawing of that car as his avatar, he said that that was the design concept for the Gen. 3.

Sometimes I think I'd like a supermodel too but reality kicks in and I realize I'm better off without one. lol

A slammed Prius with racing rims...i just don't get it...has the powertrain improved? Has the torsion beam been taken out in favor of IRS?

It is like taking a Porsche Cayman off-road on the Rubicon trail with inflated tires...or taking a G-wagen and slamming it to race on-road...what is the point?

Because everyone has a unique personality and it is their right to do what they want with the car?

Don't like it. It resembles one of those awkward looking cars out there.

The Aimgain kit is nice but looks too busy in any color except black (particularly the front end).

A slammed Miata with adjustable coilovers, I can agree with. A slammed Prius with adjustable coilovers, not so much. At the end of the day, it's still a Prius. Unless you're going to track or autox your car, I don't really see the point.

But, everyone likes to personalize their car to their own liking. As long as you are comfortable with where you are spending your money, and YOU like the looks of what you're doing...that's all that really matters.

Have you driven a lowered Prius on 17s or larger? It's a night and day difference in handling. Just because it's not a sports car doesn't mean you cannot enjoy it as such. :)

Actually no...gotta be honest. Perhaps, doing so would change my tune. I sort of keep all of my go fast dangly bits on the Miata, and just enjoy the Prius for what it is...a comfortable, efficient daily driver.

I can understand that. A modified Miata is a track monster. Not to be confused with the Monster Miata which was a beast at the drag strip and street races! :)

This is the 480hp monster that was recently fitted into a friend's 92 Miata. I drove it a few weeks ago, and I'm still trying to pick my jaw up from the floor. By far the fastest car I've ever driven. Oddly, the car is still a balanced 50/50 and only about 200 pounds heavier than stock. The sound this car makes is unbelievable.
