Cleaning Prius SofTex

    What to use to clean SofTex seats. AmourAll or leather cleaner.

    Neither. Just mild soap and water.

    Used a little armourall. Assume it will wear off

    Yesterday I had the software update (it didn't change the backup beep setting). While waiting I asked the person at the parts department what to use on SofTex. He had no idea. Then I asked the service advisor, who didn't even know what SofTex is, who then asked the service manager, who also didn't know. The service manager went over and actually looked at the seats. He said he would get back to me with the answer, but of course I haven't heard from him. How can how to clean SofTex be such a difficult question for a Toyota dealer!
