When setting up blutooth, only a handful of my contacts transferred to the car. Does anyone know why or how to get the entire list to transfer over??

You don't say what phone. Not sure that makes a difference from the Prius side of it.

You can "Refresh Phonebook" from the Phone/Setup menu. This should transfer your contacts from the phone to the Prius.

    Try that.

You might check your phone during setup or transfer, mine actually prompts me about the transfer. I have to authorize the transfer on the phone side.

Same problem with my iPhone, contacts transferred but none of the associated phone numbers. I entered the important ones manually and realized after about 10 that there really weren't any more that were that important.

I'm having a problem with only a few names displaying when I have an incoming call. My phone book downloaded and all my contacts are in the radio now but only the number displays when I have an incoming call.

I had the same problem for the first day...There is a phone menu option called transfer you need to do this after you synced your phone. I have read that some people had to accept the transfer on their phone via a pop-up or something. All I did was use the transfer function and it worked, I have an Iphone 4. I will try and take a photo of the menu option if that will help...

I was referring to the transfer option on the radio. I did have to unsync BT then resync then transfer contact list in order for it to work. I will try to replicate the process and give better instructions .
