Sorry I have to come to the main forum for personal business but I have run into dead ends. I made an order on Prius Shop from this web site. I received only the rear cargo mat of my complete order of all 4 weather mats for my Prius. I have used the "contact" tab on the shops website and have sent two e-mails about my order but have received no response. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
You can always PM me with your order info and I'll take a look into it. I bet this is the situation: Your ordered the full set of mats, but because they ship separately you received the cargo mat first and the other mats will arrive soon via FedEx. PM me if you want me to look into more detail for you.

I received the rest of the floor mats yesterday. It was about a week after the cargo mat was delivered. I ordered the gray ones and they match the gray interior of the Prius very closely. The fit is excellent! Thanks.
