I went to the Dallas Auto Show last night. There was the ususal collection of lustful exotics, trucks, SUV's, cars, and vans. Sadly, Ford was absent with the Escape Hybrid. It's now slated for first quarter 2005. The Jeep Liberty diesel has been postponed again, as was the Mercedes E320CDi. Honda was announcing the Accord with IMA for this fall, but didn't have one there to look at. Their rep was still stating that hybrid technology was a losing proposition though. :pukeright:

Kudos to Toyota for being the only one moving forward, AND having cars to look at. They had two 2004 Prii on the floor. They also had the Lexus RX400h, and the Highlander Hybrid on the floor as well, albeit roped off. I have pictures of the cars, which I'll post later. I didn't have time to download them off of the camera when I got home thanx to a 0500 date with an alarm clock this morning. :cussing:
