Dealer called to tell me serial# has been assigned?

As the subject states, my dealer called to let me know that Toyota is building my Black V with AT and they have already assigned the serial# to my dealership. Can you all experts tell me what happens from here? I do know that my dealer said that the port date has yet to be assigned but he should know something within a day or two.

No idea. I didn't special order, I just snagged a car allotted to the dealership.

Scott, all I can say is that your car is likely at or near port. It should only be a few days before you sit in the car of your dreams. I had never driven a 2010 Prius before and JUST LOVE IT! After a hundred or so miles, I felt one with the car a feeling that I only have with my airplane. The Prius is the finest car I have ever driven. Stunned, I truly am. I can understand why GM wants Toyota to build the Pontiac Vibe. I can assure you that GM is not building any cars for Toyota. You are about to be one happy camper!

WOW! I hope you are correct on all fronts! My dealer in Memphis, TN said that he was going to email me the spec sheet within a few days. I was reading in another thread that there is a port in Memphis. Can anyone confirm?
