What happened to the ability to delete one's own posts? Perhaps you can set the board to allow it for a set amount of time after a message was initially posted.

P.S. Would you please delete my "Deleted" post in the Baby #2 on the way. I want a hybrid minivan made by Toyota thread in the Prius & Hybrid News forum. Thank you.

That's an interesting question. I have, on occation posted to the wrong forum and deleted that post. The method I used was to hit the [Edit] button and in the "edit" screen, there was a [Delete] button. I'll try it with this post.

Even if it doesn't work, I'll get one point for this post. I'm rich!!

Turns out it's even easier than I thought. Right up in the top-right corner of your own post is a [X] button with the pop-up tip "delete this post".

And I get one more point!

    Done.

In order to clarify, you are free to delete your own posts until someone posts a reply. After a reply is posted, you have to request a mod or admin to delete your post.

Tony, here's some more points for you!
