Same situation

 

That sounds like one marketing class I would have liked.

Definite techno geek here too that was tired of stopping at the gas station every other day. Win win! Now I try to beat my high 'score' mpg.

I'll throw in a few more details... My wife & I bought a Prius v primarily for the combination of interior space and fuel efficiency. We're expecting twins (!) in September, and two rear-facing child seats simply wouldn't fit in our old car and still allow me to drive. (I put "two" in the kids question... hope that's not cheating )
So rear seat space and cargo space were primary considerations, with efficiency close behind. Other considerations for us, if the v hadn't worked out, were the Rav4, Mazda5, and Subaru Forester.
We took a child seat with us to the dealership, and when that fit and I still fit comfortably in the driver seat, we were sold.

I filled out both surveys since we just recently bought a Prius c and a Prius v. The one thing I had a problem with was that there was no "is the primary driver male or female", my wife is the primary driver on the V, but I'll drive on weekends, I'm primary on the C, commuting.

but I chose male on both, since I filled out the survey, and overall we will probably drive the v pretty equally.

 

When we looked at a vee for the first time, we took our clubs. We put my clubs (including driver) in sideways behind the rear wheel bumps. There are several inches to spare. We then put my wife's clubs (including driver) diagonally on the floor behind mine - not stacked.

For 4 sets, I put two sets in the usual way. Then I put the second set in on top of the first. That leaves plenty of floor space for spikes, hats, sunblock and all the other stuff. It stays low, so you can't see any of that stuff from the driver's seat, either. Heck, I could probably put a medium size ice chest back there, too.
