just an opinion

Likes:

The new taillight design.
The center console redesign with the easier 2nd cupholder and the squareness of it.
The blue push-button start like the wagons have.
The front lower grille area.
The real-time ability of the NAV and the apps.
The deletion of the blue ribbon and gold colors in favor of the nautical blue (navy blue) and the new sea glass (pale green).
The new design of the wheel covers.
The power driver's seat in the IV and V.
In my area, the Prius PLUS package can be separated out piece by piece this year and individual items can be ordered separately. Want just the body kit? Just the lowering springs, etc? Sway bar? Item by item is possible on an advance order!
The fact that a II is now standard with the display screen/bluetooth is very nice.

Dislikes:

The black wheels underneath the plastic wheel covers. Yuk!
The smaller 6.1" screen on the NAV systems on the III and base IV/V. The HDD Nav found in upgrading to the Sunroof IV or the Advanced Tech V are a better size.
The fact that an iPhone has to be plugged in to work properly with the Entune just completely blows! (This is my biggest dislike)!
The fact that the Barcelona red pearl is still around when Salsa Red Pearl was a far better color.
The fact that the seaglass pearl isn't darker, like the old Tideland pearl gray-green was. (I loved that color)
There really, really needs to be a fixed glass roof that doesn't open, like a panoramic one with perhaps a manual sliding sunshade (nothing as elaborate as the wagon) that is much CHEAPER than the solar sunroof.
Metallic black, anyone?
The only way to get the XMSirius satellite radio thru the car's screen is with NAV & apps. A II can't have it, or have it added very prettily.

That's all I can think of right now.

The Prius V packages are not yet shipped. I have only seen/sold III's and IVs.
I am adding more pics to my photo album and will then return to add the links.

The car feels and drives the same to me.
If you check this thread, there are pics and observations?

I like the softex and the fact that it probably won't wear or crease like leather will after a while. I love the stitching in the seats!

I sold out.

 

I pretty much sold out of the rest of my 2012's other than 5 of the II's coming, and a couple III's coming in gray or white (standard with Nav), and just have a IV here in gray with sunroof. And, my IVs red, blue. And, the V's in a few different colors too.

They went fast!

I wouldn't call the interiors LIGHT gray at all.
