I have also got a superb 24 month lease happening.
For tier 1+ fico scores, it's just $229 a month + tax for 35 more months at 12K annual... with 999 out of pocket.
Add $10 a month for the pearl white. The payments will increase with the lower fico scorers. It's not much more a month for a III with NAV, back up camera, and three-door smart entry!
