I ordered an EV switch kit from them on February 15, 2014 and paid $99 for it including shipping.

It was taking forever and I had heard nothing from the company after 2 months so I checked the site, which said that many items are only available from Japan, so be patient (as long shipping times are typical). This satisfied me for another month, but now it has been 4 months and I can't even dispute it to get my money back because it has been over 90 days. I am wondering if this is a common scam they run, since "importing from Japan" buys them enough time to avoid charge-backs.

I can only hope to save others the trouble and risk of losing even more than the $100 they stole from me.

It took me almost 6 months to get the rear wiper arm that I ordered from them. I was really frustrated on how long it took. I order things from ebay that come directly from China and Japan all the time and they normally arrive in 2 to 3 weeks, Sigma seemed to take forever. -- I will say that I was happy once the part arrived, but it was a loooooong wait.

Gotta give them credit. The damned thing did finally come in. I feel bad for calling them thieves but I mean, c'mon. 6 months? These guys need a better system. They did deliver though and it was a quality kit.

There used to be a user that was active on PriusChat that was from Sigma Automotive. I haven't bought anything from them for a while now (Bought stuff for the Gen 2).

Glad it worked out (albeit, a rather long time!)

Do you think you can file a dispute with your credit card company?
