    Comments:

    Negotiated reasonable price. Check with dealer weekly, but dealer is often without any information regarding delivery of car. Also, after being told I'm the first to order, a couple off weeks ago it was mentioned that some "other salespeople" had about 6 orders before mine at the dealership.

    Promises: Car would be delivered by End of year 2003.

    Impatience rating: medium. I have other cars. I don't normally deal with car dealers who treat their customers so poorly -- I'm used to them calling me, and keeping me very informed regarding the situation. If the bottleneck is truly with Toyota, this is something that truly needs to change.
