    Most strikes to the shoulders and arms, she may have connected with the head a couple times but PD not allowed to strike head.

    Looks like the perp was resisting arrest and wouldn't let the male LEO get the handcuffs on and kept trying to wriggle out. The female LEO was trying to assist her partner the best way she could. Doubt excessive force was used in this case.

    I am not debating weather or not the cop was right here, she clearly was...I'm just posting my video of the day

    also he is clearly on something, I know meth can make you immune to tazers and things like pepper spray...there is just no substitute for being slammed in the arm with a metal pole...

    this dude for example, gets tazed a bunch of times, and can still get up afterwords...
