Would love to start this club if there isn't anything already. Anyone want to join me?

Should you be less ambitious and try to start a Nebraska Hybrid/Electric Club. ;)

The vast majority (3/4) of people in Nebraska are in the eastern third of the state. (There are very large sections of the state where there are less than 1 person per square miles on average.) On top of that, the agriculture lifestyle of most of western Nebraska make it even more unlikely that there will be many Prii out there. I also thought by saying "eastern" that we might get a few western Iowa or even northwest Missouri folk.
