EV Acceleration Efficiency

    Not only that, the overall electrical battery charge will deplete faster with abrupt acceleration.
    In my alternative pure electric vehicle conversion, besides the Prius PHEV, hard acceleration equals at lower electrical range.

    No need to worry. The gas engine will start when it becomes inefficient to do so.
