I just got a set of Scion FR-S wheels and tires and put them on a 2008 white Prius. What do you think? I didn't weigh them but avg MPG went from 60.4 last 2,000 miles to 52.4 this tank.

Nice! looks really good on the white Prius. I just scored some as well last week on Craigslist for $350 with the Michelin Primacy's included (y) They ride very smooth and the car feels more stable when cornering. I've been noticing about 3-4 mpg less the past 5 days and thats with a loaded car with a bunch of music gear. Just make sure you get a pair of 3mm spacers up front.

Nice! No clearance issues? The Gen3 has clearance issues with the brake caliper holders, need a 3mm spacer.

No not that I've noticed. Yep, I had the guys at Cruisin Gold here in Melbourne add 3mm spacers to clear the calipers. I get about 45-48 mpgs but Im a slow driver ;)

I had mine on without spacers but couldn't get the front caps on. Ride is very similar, maybe a little bit stiffer. I sold the car yesterday without the wheels so I will put them on a different one with spacers this time.

Yes they won't fit without a minimum 3mm spacers at least for Gen II. I honestly don't feel the weight of these wheels and tire combo upon acceleration but the 3-4 mpg loss is definitely there but is pretty insignificant with the better handling and looks of the car.

what did you do about the vss sensor reading differently now that you have larger wheels on? Those wheels are very light and are a much better upgrade over stock.

I just picked up a 400 mile set of these for my 2nd Gen car. So I for sure need spacers? Everyone says 3mm and what lugs are you guys using? Prius lugs or did you order a new set of lugs? I don't think mine are coming with them.

Any long term reviews on these in regards to mpg? My current 15" OEM wheels and tires have a few thousand miles left and looking to change soon.

I put a set of 16x7 motegi traklites on last week with 215/55r16 bridgestone ecopia ep422 tires, and my mpg hasn't gone down at all. might have actually improved cause the ecopias are almost an inch taller than the junk integritys.

Since the 16" Traklite weighs just 12.5 lbs you are upgrading a wheel size over the OEM 15" but not increasing the weight. Good move. Pic?

Nice! The green lug nuts are a nice touch. Did the center caps not fit?

I got the motegi caps but I don't like them. so I ordered some plain jane plastic caps from ebay. I'ma paint em flat black when they show up. can't wait. the green lugs are very small "tuner" lugs. I was gonna go with aluminum lugs but then I was concerned they wouldn't catch enough threads to be safe. so I got tiny steel lugs-- anything to keep the weight down.

Can't wait to find a set for mine. Found a FR-S set local for $680 with tires. Want to see if he'll drop the price.

Also found a Gen3 set with tires for $450 with the double 5 spoke black wheels under the wheel covers. But I read the Avid s33 tires are crappy.

Subraru WRX wheels fit just fine too. ;) I did see a FRS at the track and his tires were the same size as mine and thought neat.
