    My next bill date shows up as July 2005 but states the following:
    "you will receive unlimited movies, up to 3 at one time plus two e-coupons/month for free in-store movie or game rentals.* At the end of one year, your membership will return to the rate offered to new members at that time."

    Therefore, we will be returning you to your previous membership plan effective July 12, 2005 -- the beginning of your next billing cycle. Again, you will NOT be charged for your most recent period of service. We apologize for any inconvenience.
