Nice car, around her they are priced at about 10K my last on had 20K less miles and went for 10K OTD.

I'm not real sure, but I think that"s why he said "BEST OFFER"
HOWEVER, he did start out at $12,995, then in his next reply, he says"priced reduced" however, he puts up $12.995, which is the same price he started out at, so I'm a little confused myself....
So what is the "NEW" LOWER PRICE?? I would offer like, $7500 firm cash price......but again, that's just my offer....
