Cheaper ways to drive will be the topic of Schaefer’s speech at July’s Hybrid Fest in Madison, Wis. In addition to the strategies already discussed, Schaefer said he will “liken driving a car to riding a bike. You don’t accelerate when you’re going downhill.â€
