    Richard Hatch, a former winner of the CBS reality TV show ‘Survivor’ is charged with filing false tax returns with the I.R.S. He is accused of failing to report the $1,000,000 he received for winning ‘Survivor,’ as well as another $321,000 that a Boston radio station paid him.
