This is my first Prius so maybe it's par for the course but the seats seem to force one to sit in an awkward hunched forward position. The head rest pushes the head far forward while the seat back feels very concave causing my shoulders to also hunch forward.

I've extended the telescoping steering wheel as far foward as possible so my arms are not fully extended but i cant move the seat any farther forward or my knees will hit the dash. Also, i've adjusted the lumbar support to it's fullest setting but still feels the same.

    Anyone else experience this?

I did feel that yesterday when I picked mine up. I finally got it right by inflating lumbar as you did, and leaning the seat back just a bit.

If you feel hunched forward / headrest hitting head, seatback is forward too much.

Have you used the height adjuster handle?

Set the seat bottom first with sliding, height adjust.

Next, go for the right seatback angle with comfortable headrest position. Remember the headrest lifts up and down.

Set the wheel to best position.

Lastly, fine tune with height adjuster.

I sort of agree the wheel ought to telescope a little more, maybe tilt down a little more.

Personally, I have to say the seats in the gen 3 are by far the most comfortable I have ever had in a car. This is of course saying I had to put the lumbar support to full before it was comfortable. I also had to telescope the wheel all the way out and up.
