    Greetings from Oregon

While on my lunch hour at work yesterday (June 2nd) I got a phone call from our local dealer that a Blizzard Pearl with Bisque Prius IV with the solar Moonroof showed up at their dealership and did not yet have a deposit on it. I gave him a deposit over the phone and we picked it up last night:) - and would you believe it we pushed the Costco deal and actually ended up getting the car at $450 below the actual MSRP of $30570.

Now we are official Prius owners! ... going to have lot of fun trying to figure out all the high-tech functions on this car.

That's the same color combo that I'm getting. How do you like the bisque with the Blizzard Pearl?

I like the combination, however, the front dash and the carpeted mats are black. I wasn't expecting that - that will take some getting used to.

    Thanks Stream,

Although this is going to be the car my wife drives most of the time, she is not a "techie" so she said that I could drive it to work this week and then teach her how everything works this weekend.

I think a dark colored dash is good as it minimizes reflection on the windshield during the day but black floormats - seriously? Was that a mistake maybe? My dealer (DianneWhitmire) told me that the mats are reversible for wintertime. Can you look at the bottom to see if they are the correct bisque color?

I checked the bottom of the mats this morning, they are not reversable. The underside is black rubber with the "spiked" grippers to prevent slippage.

Maybe someone will come up with some aftermarket reversable mats?

The problem with reversable mats is that they tend to slip into inconvenient places like under the brake or over/under the accelerator pedal, which is a safety issue. IMHO, you should keep the grippy ones.

Actually, after looking at the mats further, reversable mats can't even be considered because the mats are not symmetrical and, therefore, would not fit when flipped.
