I just, we just bought a 08 Touring, package 3 for my wife to commute on the busy LIE. I am looking to customize it in a way that makes it unique, efficent and better, not pimped out. I am going to lurk around some more to find some more advice. Last month I bought the Tacoma. Love it. Now the gas milage on the Prius will balance out mine to a respectable average.

Ridge is a CDP on South Shore of Suffolk County Lol ny biker. As a an ex-Long Islander myself, I had the same question. Turns out that Ridge is a Census-Designated-Place or "CDP" (no municipal government but separately delineated for census purposes) in the Town of Brookhaven on the south shore of Suffolk County. Re: Ridge is a CDP on South Shore of Suffolk County Interesting. My hometown (Bayville) has half the population of Ridge and is far smaller in size, yet we have a government. I wonder who makes these decisions. Even more interesting, I had no idea Bayville had its own wikipedia entry. (Well, okay, that's not interesting to most people, but for me...)
