I went to Putnam Lexus (San Francisco and Bay Area) this afternoon. They told me they don't take pre-order any more as they have 500+ on the waiting list. Note in the article that there are over 11,000 RX400h presold. MSRP will be starting at 50K with a few trim levels. Some markup is also expected.
