have you purchase items at the priuschat shop?

    I placed an order for 3 items over a week ago and have not received any confirmation from the priuschat shop. My order still states processing. I emailed several times with no answer and even called the telephone number on my credit call bill with no response. Is this a known issue with priuschat shop?

    Ordered the all weather mats (four pieces) and the all weather cargo mat (two pieces) and received them in about a week via UPS from an outside (non-local) Toyota dealer.

    No complaints here.

    I've ordered several things over the years, a Scan Gauge just a couple of weeks ago. Never any problems. I agree, PM Danny.

    I've have ordered several things over the past month. The first time I ordered one thing for my 2010 and one for my wife's 2007. Like you I thought I had not receive anything from them for a few weeks so sent another email. This time I got a response from them telling me that they had sent two earlier communications asking if I was sure I wanted one 2010 and one 2007 item. I browsed back through my inbox and sure enough - two emails from them, probably lost in all the spam that came in during the same week. I was very impressed that they took the time to check the accuracy of my order and thus reducing both their and my inconvenience. Since that time when I have a "mixed" order like that I include a note confirming that I was aware of the mixed years parts.

    I have tried to order the sun shade three times and I have never heard back from anyone. I sure hope the UPS guy doesn't show up with three sun shades. I have never received a confirmation of my order. You have to step up to the counter and ring the bell if you want service. I would like a sun shade if I can get one.

    I have checked junk mail and nothing.

    I ordered 2010 mats and heat shield; all arrived in about a week. The navigation screen shield took a few weeks, but I've been satisfied.

    Danny, you're fantastic mate. I ordered a DICE kit, I'm up in Canada so thought there might be a hitch or two but the shipping was quick, Danny was cool and all went swimmingly well.

    Reccomend the priuschat shop for sure.

    I have ordered two sets of Exact mats. One order was for the front and rear mats. The second order was for the cargo area mat.

    Both times they were delivered within 5 business, which is the short end of the 5-10 business days that is given for estimates.

    I have to admit that having read a lot of negative posts about buying from the Prius Chat shop, I was nervous about ordering from them. I did it anyway. I received everything (weathertech mats and heatshield) on time and as promised. Thanks!
