Help - Lock warning light?

I was just in the car trying to do the finger dance, and it did not work for me.

When I was turning off the car a warning light started flashing. It looked like a lock and keyhole, Anyone know what this is? I am checking the manual now but you guys may be faster than the 10 million pages.

I am in the car now. The warning looks like a lock over a car. I don't have an alarm yet and this is the first I have noticed it.

Okay and now I see in the quick reference that it is the immobolizer system. Is it supposed to flash?

Yes It is a bit annoying. The manual is not clear that is is supposed to flash when the car is off. I went through the same confusion when I first brought it home.

Oh thank goodness lol. I was about to sleep in the car.
