Long story short, my Silver Prince is on the 2nd level of a parking garage, the last fob I had is lost, so I need to get it towed to a dealer. I have a few questions:
Is there a way to get it in neutral so it can be moved out of the garage, since the clearance is too low for the tow truck?
If there's not a way to get it into neutral without my fob, does anyone know the name of the special tow roller situation like they use in NY parking garages so I can call local companies to see if they have it?
And last, how much should I expect the new fob and reprogramming to cost? Thanks for your help--I'm a little freaking out.

i think you want those little rollers they place under the tyres. i would just call some tow companies and explain the situation. a new fob and computer are probably around $800. check around for pricing, some dealers are a ripoff. all the best!(y)
