Honda to release Prius rival in early 2009

    Today, Honda announced that in early 2009, it will begin selling a "hybrid only" car to compete with the Prius.
    Remember the Honda Insight?
    I guess Honda wants something new.

    This is good news for us! It will put pressure on Toyota to release the new, redesigned Prius sooner. Competition is always good for the consumer, as it drives innovation. Awesome!
