how do I remove the fiber board under the hood?

    I'm trying to replace the wiper fluid nozzle on the hood, but darn it! I cannot figure out how to remove the board under the hood to get to the hose. How do I take the flat plastic discs off that hold the board on?

    If they are like the ones that hold the front grill etc. on, you pry up the center part slightly and then pull the entire bit out.
