I currently own a Gen 2 and I have my eyes on a pip. I found two at a local dealership that seem like really good deals. It made me wonder what other people paid for their plug in.

    My two options are
Brand new base pip that has been discounted because of hail damage from a storm last month.
    Price is $26,999
    Or
Advanced pip with no damage for $35,999.

The base is white and the advanced is blue. I like the color of the advanced better but with the base will have a much nicer payment. :) I keep trying to tell myself that the hail dents arent that bad. White is a good color to hide damage, the dents are noticeable but Im sure they would look worse on a different color.

So what did you pay? I have a feeling these are about the best deals Im going to find.

Forget the hail damaged car unless you want to be reminded of it every time you look at the car. $36,000 is about right for the PiP right now. Factor in the $2500 tax credit and it comes in less than a Prius Five.

those are great deals and the advanced is better considering the damage to the base. is that before or after destination charge? i got $500. off msrp as did a lot of others here but now i see some base at 30K.

Has anyone every figured out what the Dealer Cost on the base and advanced are? Clearly there are also Dealer Holdbacks and Incentives as well (especially when Toyota Financial is offering $1000 to the customer).

We bought our Basic model, light blue PIP, a couple of weeks ago in Santa Rosa, (northern CA), got it for $1256 under MSRP. Freeman Toyota is the best!
