All of these are more important to me than the money. Especially the time with my family. The difference in commute time can sometimes be the difference between seeing and not seeing my kids for the day. That's easily worth it to me.

Was able to cut 15-20 mins out of what would have been 35-40 min commute into SF. Best part was passing everyone:)

I'm saving about 15 minutes. Unfortunately, I can only take advantage of the carpool lanes on my way home due to when I commute and where the lanes are along my commute.

That would have been me - Pre-Pip. And now, I will save at least an hour a day in commuting alone. As far as "work" goes, that's one thing. But not being stuck on MY time in traffic is PRICELESS.

I live in Long Beach. Have several clients on the West Side in LA. Try meeting a client at 3pm on Thursday or Friday and taking that trip down the 405 freeway at 5pm and tell me the HOV stickers are not worth their weight in gold.

Just recv my PiP last Saturday. Dealer said plates will arrive 2 weeks after pickup. So that gives me 1 more week and then I can apply for the green stickers.

I used to hate driving.. but I'm loving the drive in this car.

From Seal Beach to Monterey Park area saves about 10-15 min per trip. However, because to the speed difference, MPG suffers.

From the Inland Empire to LAX during morning rush hour and return in the afternoon can be really nasty. I save 20 to 30 minutes each way with the stickers.

The bad news is that my commute time has increased by about 5 minutes each way, since I now take surface streets instead of going on the freeway. The good news is that my gas mileage has increased from 50mpg to over 150mpg!
