Looks good! But I bet blowouts are highly probable with sidewall that low. There's barely any tire! I hear that a lot with ultra low profile tires.

I like it! The wheels fill it out nicely.

I agree with the staggered setup to fill the rear wheel well. That's why I'm running 18x9's in the rear. "No Go", our Prius V has no "Go" anyway.

I've had low pro tires since back in the 80s when 50 series tires are considered super low profile back then. I even drove with 50 series tires cross country back then. So in terms of blow-out on a 35 series tires, yes, i had a blowout but that's because I ran into metal object on the freeway which would have damaged even our stock 60 series tires.

    Agreed!.

Yes, it's on Megan Coilovers (I wouldn't recommend these because the strut cartridge doesn't last very long).

Go visit a place that repairs rims. You'll become convinced that the closer to the ground your rim is, the more probable and expensive contact with a hard surface is. I needed some curbing taken out of some Porsche wheels I had and visited a place that did rims for some of the local NBA players. I was staggered by the number of rims with big chunks out of them. And at the cost of some of the rims. 4 Rims cost more than my Porsche!

Then there is the added tire cost and they wear out sooner.

Somehow I just can't see putting big rims on a Prius. Both for style and practicality.

I got coilover TIEN brand and I also have the XXR RIMS. I'm planning to put probably this week. When you'll drive did you experience to hit your tires underneath in the hump

I think it would look awesome, but to keep the theme of it being a high mileage vehicle I would do something narrow, like a motorcycle tire.

Hey, I'm not going to be nice.

When did "My Wheels got sucked up into my Wheel Well" become a "cool" look?
When did " I want my vehicle so low to the pavement it's like a vacuum cleaner on a hardwood floor" also become neat?

Just stop. That doesn't look good....it looks broken.

Listen youngin....in my day, horseless carriages had something we called springs and suspension, and it was designed to allow for ground clearance, and also some comfort.

I can't relate. Hand me my Arnold Palmer Tea and Lemonade....I think Jeopardy is on......
