Going green when buying a car is a lot easier on the wallet than buyers may think.
According to a recent report by the British Columbia Automobile Association (BCAA), consumers can actually save money when buying a hybrid vehicle, contrary to some public belief.
The study compared four hybrid models against their gas-powered equivalents, and found that in all cases the cost differential was minimal, and one model was $3,000 cheaper.
