    FWIW, site speed is on par with most others I visit now. The only thing that changed on my end is newly installed IE 8. Maybe some site tweaks made the difference, otherwise IE 8 and PC are fully compatible (so far). The speed improvement and overall look of the site are much better than even Firefox 3.0.
