I'm trying to do roof vinyl on gen iii, How can I remove antenna?

    I know of a place here in St. Louis where I might be able to buy it from...I'm not sure if they'll have something that large though. I could always just take it to the paint shop... At any rate, I like the way the black roof looks...especially on white or silver cars.

    It's not that hard. You just need to be patient.

    I spent about 4 hrs. Seller said material lasts about 4-5 years.

    Do it with soappy water and hair dryer. You will be fine.

    I was thinking about doing this to my silver also and now I know how it looks... Sweet!!!!
    I wonder how it would look with carbon...

    It looks really great but I'd be worried about the consequences. In x years when it comes off your roof will not have faded with the rest of the car.

    I think it looks great, but is there any purpose other than the looks?

    Also, did you paint your logos? I dont see any blue, but i could just be blind.:rockon:

    It looks good. Now it looks just like my car. It seems to me that he replaced his plastic logos with an all black. I did the same thing on my car.
