OK - I bought the box of LED's to change the map lights but they also fit the lights at the bottom of both drivers and passenger front doors and the light in the trunk.

This is a MUST DO for people who use their car often at night.

Bought these on Amazon for $13 bucks for a box of 10.

Nice. I have my reverse and stop lights converted to LED and am HID conversion. LEDs rock!

I'm a clutz. How hard is it to replace interior bulbs? What tools?

Why are they a "MUST DO for people who use their car often at night"? Are they much brighter than the stock bulbs?
I have noticed that the lighting in the rear cargo area is 'insufficient' at night.

Changed the hatch and front door courtesy lights to LED. Only problem is every time the led in the hatch comes on my Mogwai screams "Bright Light, Bright Light" LOL

Wonder if the Touring loaded version has LEDs inside?

I used the same Yorkim's for the map, lower driver & passenger door, and both vanity mirror lights. Much whiter than the OEM incandescent lights.

The rear seat dome light bulb needed a different bulb. Bulb size: festoon T10x31. I bought Circuit Performance 6000K Superwhite LED Festoon T10x31 Bulbs from Amazon, just under $15.

Couldn't find any light in the hatch area (trunk)...

Be careful with the wattage. LEDs still get hot. You don't want to melt the light housing, I have see it happen a whole bunch.

As long as you match up the replacement LEDs with the correct wattage of the bulbs you are pulling out you should be good. We used to replace interior lights all the time(not in a Prius but many of cars) and I can not say I remember running into a heat issue.
