Hi everyone. Yes I am a new owner of a 2008. I love this car. I have only bought 3 cars in my life, I'm 55. My last one was a 94 Sable wagon and it just died.

I am 6'4" and 240 LBS and I fit just fine. Lots of room, love the hatch back and love the mileage. Hopefully this car last me about 20 years.

I look forward to learning a lot from this web site. thanks to all of you who have shared I hope I am able to add to the body of knowledge.

Mark:):D:smow: Yes I am in Boston snow snow snow.

You left out the most important piece of information (they always ask this on Car Talk, espeically when they can't answer the question): What color?

Better yet post picture. Snow and all.

Welcome to PriusChat, mt2020! The car just keeps getting better the longer you own it and the more you understand it. PC is a great place to learn. Hve you found the hidden drawer and secret rear compartment?

down from a high of (6'-5") 245 to a meager 215 ... for the past 6 years, ever since I took up swimin'. The Pri fits fine at both sizes for me, but for some, it has been reported to be an issue.

    Hi Mark.

If you reach around under the closed front cup holder there's a handle. Lift it slightly and pull it out. A tissue box just fits, or a micro-fiber cloth for keeping the screen and radio free of finger-prints and dust.

Open the hatch and you will notice there is a recessed area at the inside back corners on the left and right. The 12V battery is under the floor on the right. The sort of trapezoidal cover on the left lifts to reveal a small plastic bin.

    I love this car too!
