I ordered some mats for my 2008 prius several days ago and Paypal sent me a notice that the shop had been paid, but I never got any confirmation from the Shop itself, and there has not been anything taken out of my bank account. I have never had this happen before. they don't even answer emails of which I sent 2. I went and checked my order status and it says: Nothing has been orderd yet. Anyone else had this problem? I could have ordered them from ebay and atleast I would have got some sort of confirmation of an order. They should have a way to cancel an order so you can order them somewhere else. Any Idea's? When I ordered some stuff, after completing the Paypal section I had to click on the link and go back to PC shop to complete the order and get confirmation. It said be sure to do this. Did you have to do that? I wonder if that somehow finalizes the order. I just got some stuff this week with no problem. Actually faster than I thought I would! Only thing missing is the priuschat window decal (I think - haven't actually looked through the entire decal package yet). Danny may be away or otherwise unable to access email.
Give him a few days, if you haven't heard anything by about Tuesday let me know and I'll email danny at his super secret address.

I always email the vendor with the payment number, my user name my real name and my delivery address. Only takes 30 seconds. At the same time I thank them in advance for their efforts.
The last time I ordered from the Accessories store (my BT plate!), I made sure I followed the instructions to click Return to store(site, vendor, whatever it says), where I got the confirmation that the order went through. BT plate arrived yesterday, right on schedule!
